Step 01: First, the ZLD Plant’s effluent is treated to remove COD, TSS, oil and grease, and CO2.

Step 02: The treated wastewater is then delivered to an evaporation facility to increase the effluent concentration. Fresh water that was gathered from the evaporator can be used in other industrial applications.

Step 03: In order to turn the slurry effluent into powder or solid form for disposal, the concentrated effluent is delivered to a spray dryer, an agitated thin film drier, a centrifuge, or a crystallizer at the end of the process.
