How does the pyrolysis process work?
Pyrolysis is the thermochemical decomposition of organic material at high temperature and certain heating rate under zero oxygen surrounding at the atmospheric pressure. The scrap of any waste is getting heated in the rotary kiln, wherein the shell rotates and gradually and hence the waste is heated homogeneously. At the certain temperature the shredded waste instigates decomposition as well as forms of gas and char at the certain temperature. The produced gas during the pyrolysis are passed through a condenser, at where it gets cooled and the oil is collected, which can be used as fuel in the kiln for heating purpose.
